These terms govern your use of the Nova Money mobile app. By using the app, you agree to them. Please read the important note about financial information below.

Not financial advice. Nova Money is an educational and planning tool. Its calculators, projections, reports, and any fund information are for general informational purposes only and are not investment, tax, legal, or financial advice, and are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or product. Always do your own research and consult a qualified, registered financial adviser before making financial decisions.

1. What Nova Money is

Nova Money provides personal-finance calculators (SIP, SWP, STP, loans, income tax, goals, net worth, and more), trackers, educational articles, and a research view of publicly available mutual-fund data. It works primarily offline and stores your information on your device.

2. No investment advice; no guarantees

All outputs — including projected returns, corpus figures, goal feasibility, and fund data — rely on assumptions and inputs you provide and on third-party data that may be delayed or inaccurate. Investment returns are not guaranteed, and past performance does not indicate future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. We do not guarantee that any figure is accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation.

3. Your responsibilities

Use the app only for lawful, personal purposes.
Provide accurate inputs — the quality of any output depends on them.
Keep your device secure; your financial data is stored on it.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app or its backend.

4. Fund and market data

Mutual-fund information shown in the app is sourced from third-party and publicly available data and is provided “as is.” It may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Nova Money is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, any fund house or scheme.

5. Subscriptions (when offered)

Nova Money is free to use. If we offer an optional “Nova Money Pro” subscription, the following apply:

Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase and are charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; we cannot cancel it for you.
Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

This feature is not active in the current version of the app.

6. Intellectual property

The Nova Money app, its name, design, and content (excluding third-party fund data) are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may use the app for personal use but may not copy, resell, or redistribute it.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Money and its creators are not liable for any loss or damage — including financial or investment loss — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its outputs.

9. Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
